Voice Consent Agreement

This Voice Consent Agreement governs all voice recordings submitted to Kinora Voice Project.

Consent to Recording

By uploading or recording audio through Kinora, you consent to:

• Recording
• Storage
• Processing
• Transcription
• Analysis
• AI model training specific to your companion
• Voice synthesis

for purposes related to operating the Services.

Creation of Voice Models

You authorize Kinora to create AI-generated voice models based on recordings you voluntarily provide.

These voice models may be used to:

• Generate speech
• Power AI conversations
• Create digital voice companions
• Preserve stories and memories

Third-Party Voice Consent

You may only upload another person’s voice if:

• You have legal authority to do so; and
• The individual has provided informed consent.

You agree to maintain documentation of such consent upon request.

Revocation

You may request deletion of voice recordings and voice models by contacting: hello@kinoravoice.com

Deletion requests may take reasonable time to process and may be subject to legal retention requirements.

No Unauthorized Impersonation

You agree not to use Kinora to:

• Deceive others
• Commit fraud
• Impersonate public figures
• Misrepresent identity
• Violate publicity rights

Violation may result in account termination.

Ownership

You retain ownership of your voice recordings.

Kinora receives a limited license necessary to provide and improve the Services.
